Refund policy
Because all Afroguardian products are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color or style preference
Damages and Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Email us at afroguardian1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will evaluate and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items As all products are custom-produced on demand, we cannot accept returns on items that have been received as ordered. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds If your refund is approved, you'll be notified and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at afroguardian1@gmail.com.
